Take Control Training

Take Control Training (TCT) is a valued partner of the Clarington Minor Lacrosse Association, providing high-quality off-season training that supports athlete development beyond the regular season.

Led by Trevor Cyr, Take Control Training brings extensive experience in strength, conditioning, and lifestyle training. Coach Cyr is a member of the Junior B Green Gaels coaching staff and has worked with athletes at all levels of lacrosse, including NLL veterans. His approach emphasizes consistency, accountability, and long-term athletic growth.

Through structured dryland programming, team sessions, and a strong training culture, Take Control Training has had a positive impact on CMLA athletes — helping them build confidence, improve performance, and prepare for the demands of competitive lacrosse.
