We as CMLA Board Members, Coaches, Assistants, Trainers, Managers, Parents, Community Volunteers and Spectators promise:

  1. To create a safe environment where players can prosper.

  2. To provide our players with a safe avenue to voice their concerns.

  3. To create an environment where each player has a sense of belonging and the opportunity to develop relationships

  4. To have fun.

  5. To support every lacrosse player in their development as a member of the Clarington community.

  6. To put every Clarington Minor Lacrosse player in a position where they can succeed at their own pace.

  7. To provide effective and understandable feedback that will support the player’s development.

  8. To provide parents of all CMLA players a safe avenue to voice their concerns.

  9. To address all concerns raised promptly and with the goal being what is best for the player or players.
