We are thrilled to announce a new off-season conditioning partnership with Take Control Training (TCT)! A proud partner of the Junior ‘B’ Green Gaels, TCT is led by Coach Trevor Cyr, who brings extensive experience in strength, conditioning, and lifestyle training. Having worked with NLL veterans and players across all levels of lacrosse, TCT has a proven record of preparing athletes to take the next step in their careers.

Coach Cyr has been part of the Junior ‘B’ Green Gaels coaching staff since 2022 and will continue in his role for the 2025 season. TCT offers in-person and online training, team sessions, and even the Good Morning Run Club—providing multiple ways for athletes to improve.

This fall, TCT is offering an exclusive 12-week dryland training program for the CMLA:

  • U11/U13: Mondays at 6:00 pm

  • U15/U17: Tuesdays at 6:00 pm

Each session will run 50 minutes at the TCT gym, 108-1077 Boundary Road, Oshawa. The program begins the week of November 3, 2025, and continues through February 3, 2026.
